Adam Singer is a Hong Kong–based Risk & Compliance specialist. He served as HKEX Group Chief Compliance Officer from September 2021 to June 2024. Before that, he spent 22+ years at J.P. Morgan in senior APAC compliance and operational risk leadership roles.
Adam is fluent in English and French and familiar with Mandarin. He holds an MBA (Finance) from Columbia Business School and an Engineering degree from McGill.
